Official Australia & New Zealand Xbox Facebook Page has listed GTA 5 in their list of “54 Killer Title” giveaway games for xbox 360. All the games listed in their prize giveaway will be having a release date in the year 2012.
GTA 5 in one of the games which has been listed in there giveaway list of games. Which gives us some concrete hint that the game will be released in the year 2012.

The part where it gets instresting is when you closely ready their terms and condition where it is clearly mentioned that the Crack the code Competition commences 1.5.12 and ends on 20.12.12.
20.12.12 the date when the Competition ends. With GTA 5 in their list of giveaway games gives us some hints about the release of GTA 5 could be somewhere in December or sooner. To round up the whole thing, GTA 5 may have a release date by the end of this year.
